It helps users notice their sugar and junk food habits through daily check-ins, soft streaks, and emotional feedback. The app provides weekly and monthly summaries, optional reminders, and premium features such as AI-powered reflections. Rhymely.app is not a diet, calorie-counting, fitness, or medical app and does not provide medical, dietary, or professional advice
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details (e.g. Google). If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in section 7 below.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect: (i) Mobile Device Data — device information (e.g. mobile device ID, model, manufacturer), operating system, version and system configuration, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and IP address; and (ii) Push Notifications — we may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features. If you wish to opt out, you may turn them off in your device's settings. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

In Short: Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including: to facilitate account creation and authentication; to deliver and facilitate delivery of services; to respond to user inquiries and offer support; to send administrative information; to fulfill and manage orders and payments; to enable user-to-user communications; to request feedback; to send you marketing and promotional communications (we do not use your information for this purpose); to protect our Services; to evaluate and improve our Services; to identify usage trends; to comply with legal obligations; and to respond to legal requests and prevent harm.

We use your information to provide our Services (performance of a contract), including to deliver the app, manage orders, respond to inquiries, and send administrative information. We may process your information for our legitimate interests such as to identify usage trends, protect our Services, and to request feedback. We do not use your information for marketing or promotional communications.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations: Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf (e.g. payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, customer service). We have contracts in place with our service providers that restrict how they use and handle your data. The third parties we may share personal information with are: Google (e.g. authentication, analytics, hosting, payments) and OpenAI (e.g. AI-powered reflection and personalization features). Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

In Short: We may use AI to provide certain features, such as content generation and personalization. You can opt out of AI-based processing.

We use AI-based services in our app, including for content generation (e.g. weekly reflections) and personalization (e.g. AI insights). These features are powered by OpenAI. If you do not want your information to be used for AI-based processing, you can opt out by adjusting your preferences in your account Settings or by contacting us at nishchal27dev@gmail.com.

7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in through a social provider such as Google, we may have access to certain profile information about you.

We offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from the provider (e.g. name, email address). We use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information.

8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see section 4), in the United States and other countries. If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We retain your information for as long as you have an account with us.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

14. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes. If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you are a California resident, you may also have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information; we use sensitive personal information only as permitted by law.

15. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws (e.g. EEA/UK rights described in section 12). We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law. For EEA and UK residents, we rely on the legal bases described in section 3 and implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers as described in section 8.
